Carolinas Literacy Network’s Executive Director, Kathy Wilds, has been active in the Lancaster area for nearly 25 years in a professional capacity, as well as serving on various boards and committees. She has a master’s degree and worked for 18 years in the SC Department of Mental Health as a clinician and administrator. Her leadership in the literacy arena began in 2003 when she created an educational program specifically for adults recovering from behavioral health disorders.
Carolinas Literacy Network’s Technology & Client Services Coordinator, Rod Anderson, has lived and worked in Lancaster since 1978. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina and was employed for 32 years at Kanawha Insurance, serving in various Information Technology management and service delivery roles. Rod serves on the Tri-County USBC board, the Moriah Baptist Association Budget Committee and is also the assistant treasurer for his church.
